RAY DARK is an American adult film producer and director.
Ray started in adult entertainment working behind-the-scenes doing camera and music work for legendary Golden Age director Bob Chinn.
In 2003, he launched PORN VALLEY NEWS to provide photography and media services for the adult industry.
In the mid-2000s, Ray formed XRAY VIDEO to produce & direct his own exclusive content.
In 2008, Ray became the director for internet giant AMATEUR ALLURE.
In 2013, Ray helped package a deal with JULES JORDAN VIDEO to release 7 lines and 114 volumes of Amateur Allure content on DVD.
In 2015, he helped launch SWALLOW SALON.
In 2018, Ray launched PORN VALLEY GIRLS as a platform to release his early photo and video work.
Ray's work has garnered many nominations from AVN, XBIZ, and the XRCOs. In 2014 through 2020, Amateur Allure received 33 AVN Awards nominations, seven XBIZ Awards nominations, and five XRCO Awards nominations, and Ray received five AVN Award nominations for Best Web Director.
Ray took home the AVN trophies for Best Amateur/Pro-Am Movie in 2015 and 2017, Best Amateur/Pro-Am Series in 2017, Best Amateur/Pro-Am Movie in 2018, and Best Pro-Am/Exhibitionist Production in 2020.
